What data you leave on this website, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Cinema Europa, at Calea Moșilor 127 in Bucharest, is a project of the Susțin.org Association (Asociația Susțin.org, tax ID 47225930). For any question about your data, write to us at event@cinemaeuropa.ro.

What data we receive and why

• Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send you the program once a week. Your subscription only becomes active after you confirm it from the email we send you. The subscriber list is kept in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the newsletter on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the end of every email.
• Loc cu Loc. Your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and message, so we can reply. The request is emailed to our team and kept in an internal register that isn’t public.
• Suggest a film. The film, your reason and, if you like, an Instagram handle or email, so we can let you know.
• Protection against bots. To stop automated submissions, we briefly keep an encoded fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself.

Legal basis: your consent, for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in replying to what you send us, for the other forms.

Tickets

Tickets are bought on bilete.cinemaeuropa.ro, an iabilet platform. iabilet processes the data from your purchase under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you open the page.

How long we keep data

Your newsletter address, until you unsubscribe. Requests and suggestions, for as long as we need to reply and see the conversation through; after that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at event@cinemaeuropa.ro.
